Dr. Brian Graf has served families in Utah County through orthodontics for more than 30 years, helping generations of patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
He founded Graf Orthodontics in Provo in 1994 with a goal of creating a practice centered on exceptional care, lasting relationships, and treating every patient like family.
Education & Credentials
Dr. Graf earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry in Portland, Oregon, and completed his orthodontic residency training at the prestigious Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York.
He has remained committed to lifelong learning and service, including extensive work in cleft and craniofacial care.
Cleft & Craniofacial Leadership
Dr. Brian helped co-found the Cleft and Craniofacial Institute of Utah and has worked with multidisciplinary teams to care for patients with complex craniofacial needs.
Community & Family
Born and raised in Cedar City, Utah, Dr. Brian married his high school sweetheart, Sharla. They have four children and 13 grandchildren. He treasures family, faith, and the privilege of practicing orthodontics alongside his son, Dr. Brandon Graf.
