Lifetime Retainer Guarantee

When treatment ends, every Graf Orthodontics patient is included in our lifetime retainer guarantee program free of charge. We do this as a service to our patients because you have already invested enough in straight teeth. We want to remove financial barriers to keeping them straight.

How to Stay Eligible

The program works best when patients wear retainers diligently. If teeth shift too far because retainers are not worn, new retainers made from the old 3D model may no longer fit. In that case, discounted replacement retainers would not apply, and new retainers would be made at the regular fee to hold the relapsed position.

• Keep your 3D printed models safe.
• Wear retainers as directed, especially every night for long-term stability.
• Bring your model when you need a replacement retainer.
• Replacement retainers are limited to one replacement per visit and four per year.

Fixed Retainers

We also bond fixed retainers on the back side of the lower canine-to-canine teeth when appropriate. Fixed retainers are not part of the lifetime retainer guarantee program, but we guarantee them for one year. If they break during that first year, we will replace them at no charge.
